Officers responding to someone in need of help via a text message on the 911 emergency system were told that the victim was sitting in a red Toyota near Lamont Avenue and Klockner Road around 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, Hamilton Police said.
Police found the vehicle parked on the 1800 block of Klockner Road with a 14-year-old juvenile reported missing out of Trenton.
The teen allegedly told officers that the Toyota belonged to her friend, Andy and that she had called him on Sunday to pick her up.
“Andy” was identified as Andy Hoehn, 34, of Hamilton, police said.
The teen told officers that she was at Hoehn’s home for the last three days and had been sleeping in the Toyota overnight when his wife is home, according to police.
A follow-up investigation found that Hoehn had been sexually assaulting the teen for the past two months, police said.
Complaints were signed and Hoehn was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 17. He was charged with kidnapping/enticing a child, four counts of aggravated sexual assault, four counts of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual contact, three counts of child endangerment, two counts of distributing CDS, and possession of CDS.
Hoehn was taken to the Mercer County Correction Center pending a detention hearing.
